Renovations continue at the office building of Vavrek Architects. The inside of the building is being updated to accommodate two future tenants who will occupy a 1,000 sq. ft. space in the rear of the building and a 1,200 sq. ft. space in the front. Two new storefronts were created on the east side of the building, each designed with a different type of brick for a distinctive look and outfitted with new entrances featuring glass swing doors with transoms set in an aluminum frame. The east side of the building will also face a new municipal parking lot that is currently in progress. Vavrek Architects is located at 1522 119th Street in downtown Whiting.
